1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue each year. 75% of mental health issues are established by the age of 24. Around 3 in 4 of all suicides in the UK were male. Poor mental health in the workplace costs the UK £74bn £99bn while presenteeism accounts for over half of this cost.
